Shoddy shed

-

Q The rented property we live in has an ugly, old shed that belongs to the landlord and intrudes into our limited outdoor space.

I’d like to do something to make the space look nicer for summer. How can I hide or disguise the shed, preferably using something I can take with me when I eventually move? A Sheds can be an eyesore, but using planters and

trellis panels, you’ll be able screen it off effectively. You can grow climbers up the trellis, and choose trailing plants to soften the planters. You can even buy instant ivy screens which you plant straight into the ground or a planter. All can be taken with you when you move.

Is it worth asking your landlord if you could paint the shed? A soft, sage green would work wonders to blend it into the surroundings.
