Keep the flavour going
Trim sage and thyme to keep plants bushy and encourage fresh growth that’s stronger in flavour. Try not to cut into woody growth that will not re-sprout. Cuttings will root easily during a warm spell. Cover with a polythene bag to prevent them drying out. When roots have formed, pot up individually
