I think there is no any problem with it if it happens ocasionally… however if it happens like normally that is very unhealthy mentally and direct way to depression and other mental problems. Obviously you can have an old jogger and t-shirt at home cause not necessary to cook or chill in tight jeans etc with make up but you still need to care of yourself especially in a country where 10 days
rain in a row is not unusual… so important to have daily routine even if you are at home
