STAR MAN Cammy Devlin 8

Put in a few good tackles and interceptions. Hit the crossbar late in the first half. Got into advanced positions from midfield with a lot of running power. One of Hearts’ best players on the day.

Zander Clark 6

Reinstated after two games on the bench. Didn't have an awful lot to do. Late save to deny Watkins.

Stephen Kingsley 8

As efficient and dependable as ever. Didn't put a foot wrong.

Frankie Kent 8

Involved in an intriguing contest with Kilmarnock striker Kyle Vassell - a battle Kent won. Excellent in the air and on the ground.

Kye Rowles 8

Strong and composed on the left side of defence. Distributed the ball with intelligence, too.

Dexter Lembikisa 6

Got forward but had to be wary of Matty Kennedy on Kilmarnock's left.

Beni Baningime 6

Protected the back three and tracked opposition runners when he had to. Forced off injured before half-time.

Alex Cochrane 6

Managed to keep Danny Armstrong fairly quiet and attack on occasions, too. A difficult balance to strike.

Jorge Grant 7

Played some nice forward passes and got on the ball regularly. One of his better displays.

Lawrence Shankland 6

Frequently dropped deep to take possession and link with team-mates. Did his bit for the team.

Kenneth Vargas 6

Enjoyed a good first half including a fine effort off the crossbar. Lots of running and linking with team-mates.

SUB Macaulay Tait 6

Given the responsibility of anchoring midfield when he came on. The teenager didn't let it faze him.

SUB Alan Forrest 4

Brought on for fresh legs and pace in the closing stages.

SUB Aidan Denholm 3

Put himself about in the short time he was on.

SUB Barrie McKay 3

Didn't have enough time to weave much of his craft.
