“I try to go to bed be­tween 8pm and 9pm as I need to get eight hours’ sleep but I never seem to man­age it, so I do get tired and of­ten look very pale and washed out. I don’t tend to bother with too much make-up for work, but there are a few prod­ucts which are to­tal saviours for me. First thing, a quick lick of mas­cara and your eyes in­stantly look more awake.
