...and enrich your life with home improvement products from BBH

EDP Norfolk - - Promotion -

Beautifully made windows, doors and conservatories are the key to a successful business for the long-established, family run BBH Ltd. From the satisfying solid feel of a composite door to a huge range of colours for windows and conservatories, owners Dawn Bensley and Graham Norman love talking about their products.

And it’s their love for every detail of their top quality windows and doors that keeps customers coming back – and telling their friends. “We manufacture them here in Horsford and we fit them ourselves – so we know everything is done to the very best standard,” says Dawn, whose father Gerald started the business with his cousin in 1992.

Dawn and Graham took over last year after many years working in the business, and are passionate about maintaining BBH’s reputation for excellent products, price and service. “We want to get it right first time. We don’t have salesmen, we don’t do a hard sell. I visit and I give our honest best price,” says Graham.

Because BBH makes every window, door and conservatory to order, they can be made in all manner of shapes, sizes and colours. Many customers are embracing the extensive colour range, some prefer a coloured outer and a plain white, or grain effect white, inside.

“Everything is made to measure and it is extremely important to us that our customers are happy,” says Graham. BBH can add energy efficient solid roofs to existing conservatories, or the team can create a new conservatory from scratch with a glass, polycarbonate or solid roof. BBH offers a variety of products, from the PVC-u windows and doors to composite doors which have the appearance of wood, and which many customers happily report feel like solid wood doors too.

Saving energy as well as providing good looking products is at the heart of the company ethos, and while its standard range is an impressive C energy rating, it also offers A rated double glazed windows. This means they are among the best for thermal efficient products. Everything is guaranteed for ten years, and as a member of double glazing regulators FENSA and GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation), their products are also independently assured.

The BBH team can offer help and advice regarding the most suitable windows and styles for various homes, from guttering and fascias, replacing vertical sliding windows in terraced houses to sliding doors, French doors, bi-fold doors, conservatories, tilt and turn windows, shaped, French and casement windows.

“We don’t do a hard sell, we have excellent products which are manufactured properly and fitted correctly,” says Graham. Customers are welcome to browse the showroom at BBH or telephone for quotes and advice.
