EDP Norfolk - - Food Bites -

The town of Reepham is the latest to join in the food festival fun with the Reepham and District Rotary Club pitching in to transform the Market Place into a free event to promote food and farming, and educate people about where their food comes from.

Visitors can expect to browse food and picnic stalls, watch cookery demonstrations and enjoy a cocktail and canapé party. The event will close with a supper featuring local produce.

“There are so many local food and drink producers in and around Reepham. The festival is a celebration of our food and drink, from farm to fork, “said Richard Cooke from the Reepham Food Festival committee. “Reepham is becoming a town of festivals with established events covering music, vintage cars and Christmas. This new festival is another proud showcase of the food and drink producers and businesses on our doorstep.”

The festival is on May 27 and 28. www.reephamfoodfestival.org.uk
