The judges said: God­wick Tur­keys demon­strated an un­com­pro­mis­ing ap­proach to qual­ity, and a de­ter­mi­na­tion to broad­cast the field-to-fork mes­sage as widely as pos­si­ble.

From small begin­nings, the ven­ture has been grown as care­fully as Robert Gar­ner rears his tur­keys and he has em­braced his on­ward sup­ply chain to tell his free-range high-wel­fare story to the buy­ing pub­lic.

Robert prides him­self on the ser­vice he of­fers his butch­ers and whole­salers, and his pas­sion for his prod­uct shines through – as well as a ded­i­ca­tion to com­mu­ni­cate it to the con­sumer through face-to-face tast­ings, pub­lic en­gage­ment and so­cial me­dia.
