Own­ers: Craig Pul­ford and Nick McMen­emy Prop­erty: Three bed­room de­tached house. Built: 1952. Lo­ca­tion: Near Felm­ing­ham. Bought: July 2015. Moved in: Au­gust 2015, but took a year to do ev­ery­thing at week­ends. Pro­fes­sions: Nick is a sales direc­tor at Arthur J. Gal­lagher, in­sur­ance bro­kers in Lon­don. Craig and his fam­ily own and run Au­tow­erks, spe­cial­is­ing in Ger­man sports cars. Other home: Nick has a flat in Lon­don and Craig a cot­tage in Northamp­ton­shire. Favourite room: “The din­ing room is with­out doubt, our favourite room, ex­cel­lent for en­ter­tain­ing and with great views of the gar­den.” Favourite item: “The chan­de­lier adds style to the din­ing room and is a favourite re­cent pur­chase. An­other favourite item is the four poster bed in the mas­ter bed­room.” Favourite in­te­ri­ors shop: “Baker Rhodes, where a lot of the ta­ble lamps and ac­ces­sories are from.” Favourite lo­cal shop: Cox­fords Butch­ers in Ayl­sham. Favourite part of the county: Blick­ling Hall,. Favourite day out: “We love a trip along the north Nor­folk coast, end­ing up get­ting prawns from the lady in the hut in Sher­ing­ham.” Favourite waste of time: Ski­ing at Val d’Isere ev­ery win­ter. Favourite walk: A walk around Blick­ling Park, see­ing the house, lake and woods. Favourite pub/cafe/ pic­nic: “The Gun­ton Arms, where we of­ten go on Sun­days peo­ple-watch­ing in the bar over a bot­tle or two of Bordeaux. The Black Boys in Ayl­sham has great a at­mos­phere and walk­a­ble for us is the Ban­ning­ham Crown, with great ser­vice and food.” Hobbies: Craig en­joys ten­nis at Cromer or Ayl­sham and Nick goes line danc­ing while in Lon­don.
