FAVOURITE ROOM: “The kitchen/din­ing. A very so­cial room open­ing onto the the ter­race.”

FAVOURITE ITEM: “There are two. The cen­tre is­land unit in the kitchen, orig­i­nally from a hab­er­dash­ers shop in Kent. I love the colour and sheer size and it is the per­fect bal­ance for this room. I also love the cush­ion with rose, in the master bed­room, made from old French linen, with my ini­tials.”

FAVOURITE IN­TE­RI­ORS SHOP: “Dix Sept An­tiques in Fram­ling­ham Suf­folk. Won­der­ful eclec­tic French fur­ni­ture.”

FAVOURITE PART OF THE COUNTY: “Around here, lovely ru­ral coun­try­side and not too far away from Nor­wich.” FAVOURITE DAY OUT: “Has to be a trip to South­wold.” FAVOURITE WASTE OF TIME: “Do­ing jig­saw puz­zles and crosswords plus, of course, gar­den­ing.”

FAVOURITE WALK: “Walk­ing my dog Teddy on the lo­cal com­mon.”

FAVOURITE PUB/CAFE/ PIC­NIC: “Boars Inn at Spooner Row and Sun­day lunch at the New Inn, New Buck­en­ham.”

HOB­BIES: “1,000 piece jig­saw puz­zles. I nor­mally have one on the go and I also en­joy read­ing.”


IN NOR­FOLK: “Watch­ing the night sky. It continuall­y fills me with joy, as in Lon­don you never see it due to the light pol­lu­tion.”
