Ford’s fourth generation Focus has a more spacious, upmarket cabin and build quality to meet customer demands, while a wider range of driver assistance technologies includes adaptive cruise control and an evasive steering assistant that helps drivers avoid potential collisions.
The redesigned hatchback and estate has a longer bonnet, new LED lighting and a new platform to improve cabin space, aerodynamics and fuel efficiency. The range debuts an Active crossover model with higher ground clearance, rugged black plastic wheel arch mouldings and skid plates.
Buyers can choose from 85, 100 and 125PS 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol and 95 or 120PS 1.5-litre turbo diesel, the latter also offered with an eightspeed automatic gearbox.
