Ar­ti­san pas­try chef Joaquim Te­les has swapped his peri­patetic patesserie busi­ness for a more per­ma­nent base. Joaquim and wife Ana have been reg­u­lars on the Nor­folk mar­ket and foodie event scene for sev­eral years, de­light­ing lo­cals with de­li­cious del­i­ca­cies. Now Te­les Patis­serie is open at Yare Val­ley Farm site in Surling­ham. It’s a French-themed af­fair and prom­ises pasteis de nata and al­mond tarts, eclairs, brown­ies, straw­berry gateaux, plus some­thing they launched last year – the sweet sausage roll.
