Sarah de Chair, chair­man of Nor­folk Food and Drink, shares her Su­per Seven cul­tural picks

For the past six years, Sarah de Chair has been at the helm of Nor­folk Food and Drink, an or­gan­i­sa­tion which has helped steer, sup­port and en­cour­age the grow­ing army of busi­nesses and in­di­vid­u­als who are trans­form­ing the county into a ma­jor foodie des­ti­na­tion.

As she pre­pares to step down from her role as chair­man at the end of this year, Sarah, for­mer show man­ager for the Royal Nor­folk Agri­cul­tural As­so­ci­a­tion,

says she has loved “ev­ery minute” of be­ing in­volved.

“Once you have seen what a dif­fer­ence you can make, it spurs you on and we can, and we have, I be­lieve, re­ally made a dif­fer­ence to Nor­folk’s food and drink com­mu­nity.

“I would love Nor­folk to be recog­nised as a foodie county na­tion­wide be­cause it is a la­bel it def­i­nitely de­serves.”
