Sarah de Chair, chairman of Norfolk Food and Drink, shares her Super Seven cultural picks
For the past six years, Sarah de Chair has been at the helm of Norfolk Food and Drink, an organisation which has helped steer, support and encourage the growing army of businesses and individuals who are transforming the county into a major foodie destination.
As she prepares to step down from her role as chairman at the end of this year, Sarah, former show manager for the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association,
says she has loved “every minute” of being involved.
“Once you have seen what a difference you can make, it spurs you on and we can, and we have, I believe, really made a difference to Norfolk’s food and drink community.
“I would love Norfolk to be recognised as a foodie county nationwide because it is a label it definitely deserves.”
