Breakfast used to be the byword for a big fry-up of eggs, bacon, sausages and all the usual suspects, but nowadays alternatives from smashed avocado to pumpkin-spiced porridge have become the rage.
The Old Rock Shop Bistro in Cromer has made a virtue of being fry-up free and has embraced the new wave.
