CHEF TOM AIKENS BACK IN CITY FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY
Multi-Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens, who developed his cookery skills at Norwich City College, is back in the city cooking at Benedict’s restaurant this month. Tom’s remarkable career saw him become the youngest British chef ever to be awarded two Michelin stars when he was just 26; he currently has three Tom’s Kitchen restaurants in London and Birmingham and other establishments in the Middle East.
He will be taking to Benedict’s stoves on Tuesday, March 26, cooking a collaborative six-course menu designed and created by chef owner Richard Bainbridge and Tom. Wine pairings will be matched with each course. Tom is the first of a number of guest chefs due to feature at Benedict’s this year.
Tickets are £120 per person. 01603 92 60 80. restaurantbenedicts.com/ reservations/guest-chefs
