CHEF TOM AIKENS BACK IN CITY FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY

Multi-Miche­lin-starred chef Tom Aikens, who de­vel­oped his cook­ery skills at Norwich City Col­lege, is back in the city cook­ing at Bene­dict’s restau­rant this month. Tom’s re­mark­able ca­reer saw him be­come the youngest Bri­tish chef ever to be awarded two Miche­lin stars when he was just 26; he cur­rently has three Tom’s Kitchen restau­rants in Lon­don and Birm­ing­ham and other es­tab­lish­ments in the Mid­dle East.

He will be tak­ing to Bene­dict’s stoves on Tues­day, March 26, cook­ing a col­lab­o­ra­tive six-course menu de­signed and cre­ated by chef owner Richard Bain­bridge and Tom. Wine pair­ings will be matched with each course. Tom is the first of a num­ber of guest chefs due to fea­ture at Bene­dict’s this year.
