Tea time


Ev­ery­one loves a good cup of tea, but maybe it’s time to con­sider switch­ing from good old English break­fast tea to a sooth­ing herbal tea and all the health ben­e­fits that go along­side it. There is such a wide va­ri­ety of herbal teas, with each boast­ing their own health prop­er­ties. Chamomile tea is a use­ful sleep­ing aid with calm­ing prop­er­ties, pep­per­mint tea is used to help re­lieve di­ges­tive dis­com­fort, whilst green tea is full of an­tiox­i­dants that are known to pro­tect the body against dis­ease. So make time for that cuppa – your body will thank you.
