EDP Norfolk - - GARDEN GUIDE -

Rhododendrons are now forming next year’s buds so keep container-grown specimens well-watered and fed for a colourful display next spring.

The stems of loganberries, tayberries and summer raspberries which have finished fruiting can now be pruned back to the ground.

Keep any recent plantings well-watered; many newly-planted specimens failed or suffered in last summer’s dry spell.

Trim off the old foliage and any unwanted runners when strawberries have finished fruiting to allow room for new growth.
