We’re impressed by these lacquered walnut and brass designs from the ‘Living by Christiane Lemieux’ collection at House of Fraser. With their mid-centuryinspired shapes and perfectly proportioned legs (a detail high-street brands frequently get wrong), they strike just the right note. Who is Christiane Lemieux? She’s a New York-based former fashion designer at Gap who subsequently founded her own homes brand, Dwell Studio. She’s certainly one to watch.
