Take a twill
The latest rug collection by German brand Reuber Henning pays homage to the colours found in the still-life paintings of Italian artist Giorgio Morandi. ‘Twill’ features a reduced palette of white, grey – including ‘Granite’ (pictured) – beige, brown and ochre, off-set with a punchier blue and orange. Sustainably produced, each one is woven and dyed by hand in India. They are also certified by Label Step, which ensures fair trade in the carpet industry. From £342 per m (reuberhenning.com).
