SMALL WONDER
The diminutive works soon to be on show at Chichester’s Pallant House Gallery are better suited to a doll’s house than the walls of an art museum. For latest exhibition ‘Masterpieces in Miniature: The 2021 Model Art Gallery’, a newly commissioned exhibit will join two earlier model galleries, forming a time capsule that captures 80 years of British creativity. The 34 new additions are a microcosm of today’s best talent, from paintings by Tacita Dean, Damien Hirst and Maggi Hambling to small but perfectly formed ceramics by Edmund de Waal and Grayson Perry. From 26 June (pallant.org.uk).
