Waste world

So what are we going to do about waste? Our best creative minds have come up with a few ideas, and there will be 300 of them on display at the Design Museum. ‘Waste Age: What Can Design Do?’ is a rallying call to confront our throwaway culture, as well as a celebration of innovators in fashion, furniture and more. And there is hope indeed – here in the form of objects made from mycelium, coconut, algae and corn husks, as well as pioneering initiatives that promote sharing, repair and the possibility that we can still change.
