Garden visiting has always been a physical activity – until now. Google Arts & Culture’s new project #GardensUnited showcases over 50 gardens across the UK, offering tours of tropical gardens, palace gardens, community gardens and allotments. Of course, it can’t quite capture the scent of a rose, but it does offer insights that many a garden visit would miss, from interviews with scientists and craftsmen,
