FAIREST of them all

Mirrors may be familiar features in bathroom spaces, but savvy designers are increasingly turning to custom creations that are intended to be admired in their own right. Go oversized to maximise light and install wow-factor, or use one to frame a stand-out feature – this arched design does both, running right to the floor to conjure up more visual space.

Designer Carole Whiting (carolewhiting.com) created this spa-like space featuring a bespoke sink carved from Vagli Oro marble.
