The VERDICT
Going sustainable is easier than you think. Yes, I’ve yet to find a product that lives up to my Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Palette or my Dior Iconic Overcurl Mascara, but with the movement gathering pace, hopefully it’s just a matter of time before they join the fold. Perhaps the biggest lesson I took away was that once you’re a conscious consumer in one part of your life, you start noticing other parts, too, and buying a plastic bottle of water from Pret becomes that much more difficult. There’s still room for improvement, but I’m definitely on the path to doing better.
