Introducing: Freeda Watches
SIXTIES ITALY, VIA KICKSTARTER
In menswear, Italians — especially those around in the Sixties who happened to be movie stars in impossibly glamorous movies — are held in high-esteem. Their enduring sartorial insouciance has been tapped by a new watch brand. Freeda launched in July with two watches — the Plano (right), and automatic SS36 Gran Turismo — both available via Kickstarter. The fledgling firm is seeking investment, and for £100 you’ll get a heavily discounted watch. An added incentive? The watches come with interchangeable leather straps.
