The Wolverine star marvels at Italian tailoring, Australian workwear and Caribbean beach bars
Tools
Watch: Montblanc Timewalker in black. I can wear it to an event, or to the gym.
Gadget: Logitech UE Boom portable speaker.
Pen: Montblanc fountain pen. I use it for letters (and that’s about it).
Website: espn.com. Cricket, American football, NBA — in that order.
App: Citi Bike.
Food and drink
Dish: Sushi. Snack: Avocado on toast. Spirit: Vodka, a greyhound. If you drink vodka with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, you don’t get a hangover. I swear to God.
Beer: Coopers Pale Ale. Sweets: Chocolate, any kind.
Restaurant: I’m going for breakfast, and I’m going to say Bill’s. In London, it’s called Granger & Co.
Bar: My favourite is on a beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and I have no idea what it’s called.
Style
Suits: Zegna. In a past life I think I was the test model for Zegna. I’ve got long legs, long arms and a short body, but somehow they fit me.
Shoes: RM Williams boots. That’s a pair you have your whole life.
Jeans: Citizens of Humanity. Shirts: James Perse T-shirts.
Trainers: For running, Nike. For the gym, Reebok.
Tuxedo: Tom Ford.
Sunglasses: Montblanc. Hats: An Akubra stockman’s hat for the sun. And I wear a baseball cap to promote my not-for-profit coffee company, Laughing Man.
