SHANGHAI
Jason Atherton, Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur
“I spend a lot of time in Shanghai at the moment.
I tend to include four key looks: one for working in the kitchen, one formal suit for any business meetings, one outfit for dining out at local restaurants and one more casual outfit for the time in-between. Comfort is key when travelling. I always wear a light cashmere jumper, as you never know what the weather will be like when you land or how cold the air-con will be on the plane. I never travel without my Moleskine notebook as I’m constantly sketching new ideas. My luggage go-to is my Louis Vuitton suit carrier bag. And I always take a Tom Ford moisturiser as my skin gets quite dry when flying.”
