A serving tip for orange wines:

-

“Serve at a fresh and perky temperature. So chilled-ish. Too cold and the tannins from the skin contact could turn bitter and make you pull a funny face. Too warm and any citrus, stone fruit or floral flavours will become soupy. It sounds like a minefield but it’s really not. Whack it in the fridge, take it out 20 minutes or so before you want to drink it, or vice versa, then it should be fine. People forget you are allowed to keep re-adjusting the temperature by putting it on and off ice or in and out of the fridge. Control the wine, do not let the wine control you.”
