How to set the fastest pace in the gym

Can you keep pace with the world’s quickest treadmill?

-

Billed as the fastest treadmill on the market, with a top speed of 18.6mph, the TechnoGym SkillRun makes your standard treadmill’s 12–15mph maximum seem slightly pedestrian. It is faster than Mo Farah’s average mile-run speed. Along with knee-buckling velocity, the SkillRun features incline and decline capabilities, an extra-wide 22in belt (to stop edgeclipping) and biofeedback technology that assesses your stride and weight distribution as you run (for your life), allowing you to adjust your technique as you pursue that elusive top speed.

Oh, and it also has a parachute training feature that mimics running with a ’chute attached to your back… which is good. Available to try out at select gym locations of 1Rebel, Sweat It and Gymbox.
