Fitzrovia-based “craft cocktail experience” Genuine Liquorette has been one of the most original bar launches of 2018. Blurring the boundaries between bartender and customer is their thing, and founders Matthew Roberts and Elliot Davies put their initials to this unique Townhouse cocktail: Method

→ Combine 25ml apple brandy

(we used Calvados)

→ 10ml Suze

→ 5ml fresh ginger juice → 15ml lemon juice

→ 20ml honey syrup

(equal parts honey to water) → Shake together well.

Top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge and grated nutmeg
