Zoe Napier Group, the Essex-based niche market specialists, has just launched its fourth new brand, which is looking to change the perception of selling properties by auction.

The new service means that sellers are offered a 0% fee to sell their property in an individually-tailored method of online auction, where a reserve price can be set.

Zoe Napier, director of the group, revealed that the service will be similar to how a piece of fine art or a classic car is sold by auction, except it will be online and specifically tailored to the individual property, and where bidders will see the transparency of all offers being made on the property during the process.

Unlike the existing method of property auctions held at a venue, which tends to only attract cash buyers, this new service allows a far wider demographic of buyer to bid, where up to 56 days post winning bid is offered to exchange contracts and complete the transaction.

This allows buyers arranging finance or borrowing to also bid. The buyer will have an arrangement fee to pay in addition to their purchase, similarly to other costs such as Stamp Duty which are calculated into their purchase considerations.

Full terms and conditions plus details about selling your property at auction can be found at modernpropertyauction.com.
