Hill Part­ner­ships is work­ing on de­vel­op­ments cov­er­ing all spec­trums of the boom­ing Lon­don and south eastern hous­ing mar­ket. In re­cent times it has built houses cost­ing up to £4m in Esher and yet is also work­ing on re­gen­er­a­tion of tired hous­ing es­tates. Formed in 1999, Hill Part­ner­ships is run by An­drew Hill, who with his fam­ily and trusts owns most of the com­pany. Hill Hold­ings, its Waltham Abbey-based par­ent com­pany, made record prof­its of £47.2m on £415.6m sales in 2017. With a strong bal­ance sheet and £128.5m as­sets, it is worth at least £300m. The Hill Fam­ily stake is worth nearly £236m. Div­i­dends and other as­sets add £8m.
