Char­ity Ball helps Kids In­spire and The Born Free Foun­da­tion

More than 160 guests joined Fiona Tom­lin­son and Lisa Court­ney-Cook dance the night away at The Lion Inn, Bore­ham to raise money for two char­i­ties close to their hearts: Chelms­ford Kids In­spire and the Born Free Foun­da­tion. Friends and fam­ily en­joyed re­cep­tion drinks and a three-course meal, plus live mu­sic by Dune a lo­cal band from New Hall School.

En­ter­tain­ment in­cluded a live and silent auc­tion as well as danc­ing un­til the early hours. Raf­fle and auc­tion prizes were pro­vided by Or­ganic In­vest, Pont­lands Park Ho­tel, Lit­tle Chan­nels Golf Club, Craig Hu­bert Hair Sa­lon, Sil­hou­ette Du Barry, Kel­lyBronze Tur­keys and Munchkins Nurs­eries among many oth­ers. The evening raised more than £9,000.
