Outlook is peak of perfection ‘Wonderful views over Bennachie’
WHAT Stefanie Cumming will miss most about her lovely home is the view from the master bedroom. Stefanie, 29, who is currently on maternity leave from her job as a community nurse, said: “We have the most amazing view over Bennachie. “It really is a wonderful sight. ” Stefanie, and husband Alan, 27, an asset manager, both fell in love with the three-bedroom detached house when they were setting up home together. The couple, who both originate from Westhill, moved in nearly four years ago before tying the knot and welcoming daughters, Ava Laura, 2, and Ella Dee, three months, to the fold. Stefanie said: “We both knew Sauchen was a lovely little village, and it’s not too far from our families in Westhill. “We also loved the fact the front and back gardens are both so spacious and it offered a degree of privacy with no properties overlooking the front of our house.” Even though Stefanie has had her hands full with the little ones she has loved staying in the contemporary-style property which has been decorated in neutral tones and has wood-effect flooring laid throughout the open plan lounge and dining kitchen. The accommodation includes a cloakroom, lounge, dining kitchen, utility room, dining room, three bedrooms, and family bathroom. A driveway at the front provides off-street parking and access to the single garage. Both the front garden and rear garden are mainly lawn, with a large paved patio area in the enclosed rear garden. Stefanie and Alan are now looking forward to moving into a new-build property in their home area of Westhill.
