CLUBBERS are in for a treat this weekend with one of the UK’s charttoppers performing in Aberdeen. and rapper Example will be performing at the Forum on Saturday. With warm-up sets from Loca, Stu Isles and Gaz Sullivan, Example will headline in front of the Saturday night party crowd. Example was set to play the Northern Lights Music Festival this weekend. And even although the festival was cancelled he’s still making the trip north to delight his fans. The 29-year-old has made a huge impression on the British music scene over the last five years. His first single I Don’t Want To received airplay from Zane Lowe and Pete Tong at Radio One and his response to Lily Allen’s Smile, Vile, was a favourite of Chris Moyles and Jo Whiley. Since then Example made his first chart appearance with Watch The Sun Come Up in 2009 and has been sampled on Professor Green’s track Monster and Game Over with Tinchy Stryder. The DJ set will likely feature some of his own material in his set on Saturday, along with material from some of his musical A-list pals including Wretch 32 and DJ Skream.

RAPPER: Example is to perform at the Forum on Saturday. Fresh off the back of his recent number one single, Changed the Way You Kiss Me, the London singer
