Char­lotte dou­ble over Rusty Nail seals Premier spot

CHAR­LOTTE beat Rusty Nail 7-5 in both play-off matches to se­cure their place in the ADA Su­per Premier Divi­sion.

Any bars wish­ing to en­ter a new team next sea­son should ap­ply to the com­mit­tee be­fore May 2.

The an­nual meet­ing will be on Mon­day, May 9, at the North­ern Ho­tel at 7pm.

Fi­nals day will be held at the Dou­glas Ho­tel, Mar­ket Street, to­mor­row.

JBTHE Aberdeen Darts En­ter­prise Sum­mer League Sin­gles starts on Mon­day, May 2.

There will also be a three­man chal­lenge which will be played over 13 weeks.

En­try fee for the sin­gles is £3 per night if paid in ad­vance or £4 on the night other­wise.

The three-man team chal­lenge will also run over 13 weeks. This competition will have a lim­ited en­try and play­ers will be only al­lowed to reg­is­ter with one team.

It will be a knock-out competition with one team qual­i­fier ev­ery week for fi­nals night en­try will be £9 per team MAX­I­MUMS were scored by Pete Cum­mings (Lo­cos B), Dwayne Coutts (Leys) and Shaun Simp­son (Black Bull Inn).

Dave Fuller­ton 150 (Black Bull) checked out 150 while Pete Cum­mings fin­ished 114.


(Bon Ac­cord A) had the best in­di­vid­ual dart av­er­age of 17.68 in the lat­est pro­gramme of matches.

Kelly Pirie (Bon Ac­cord A) had a 19-dart leg while Hazel Wal­lace (Ne­whills B) checked out 115 PAUL Richard­son (Sta­tion), Dave Grant (Arms B), Mar­cus Sea­ger and Rob­bie Wil­son (Arms A) all hit max­i­mums.

Kenny Aiken had a 13-dart leg.
