Motorcycle team revving up for festival
The 147th Turriff Show The Haughs, Turriff, from 8.30am tomorrow and 8.45am Monday. THE Royal Signals Motorcycle Display Team otherwise known as the White Helmets will be one of the top attractions at the Turriff Show, tomorrow and Monday. Show secretary Bruce Ferguson said: “It’s shaping up to be another fantastic event with the number of entries at an all-time high. Ride – a performance by horses to music – has also been added to the bill. There will be helicopter rides, a vintage and classic vehicle display, Highland dancing and tug o’ war too, while Turriff and District Pipe Band will also be performing. Other attractions include the Young Farmers’ Stockjudging and pets’ parade. Gates at The Haughs showfield will be open from 8.30am tomorrow and 8.45am on Monday.
