This dastardly wind is whipping up skirts and blowing out bouffants, but thankfully there is one thing that actually looks better with a breeze: tassels! No one wants to look like a cowboy (we presume), so avoid them on leather chaps, instead whipping yourself into a frenzy by fringing your jumper, bags and sleeves with gently waving wafts of material.
