RUSSIAN REVOLUTIONARY

-

Early 20th-century avant-garde Russian artist Kazimir Malevich’s works were hidden by the Soviets for nearly half a century, now Tate Modern unveils a major retrospective of his work. His famous Black Square won’t be there (it’s too fragile) but there are more than 80 paintings, sculptures and drawings to see ( Woman With Rake, 1928-32, left). Until 26 October. Tickets £14.50 ( tate.org.uk)
