Faith leaders join remembrance walk
MUSLIM, Jewish and Christian leaders joined July 7 bombings survivor Gill Hicks today in remembrance of those killed and injured in the 2005 attacks.
They walked from King’s Cross to Tavistock Square, scenes of two of the four suicide bombs, ahead of the 10-year anniversary tomorrow.
Commuters are being asked to get off the Tube, bus or train a stop early tomorrow and walk the rest of their journey to show unity — and to post a picture on Twitter with the hashtag #WalkTogether.
