Met ‘will look at ‘IS flag incident’
SCOTLAND YARD is to investigate an incident in which a man paraded what appeared to be an Islamic State flag past the Houses of Parliament.
Met Commissioner Sir Bernard HoganHowe said today that officers would “have a look” at the incident but would have to establish if it was a genuine IS flag. Images of the man wearing a black flag featuring Islamic writing and carrying a small child on his shoulders were posted on a Korean forum. Police spoke to him at the time but decided he was not breaking any laws.
