Harris enjoys high life
MILLWALL manager Neil Harris has challenged his side to keep up the high level of performance that earned them victory against Championship leaders Leeds last weekend, writes Giuseppe Muro.
The Lions handed Leeds their first defeat of the season with a 1-0 win at The Den last weekend, with Aiden O’Brien scoring, and they travel to Preston tomorrow.
Harris said: “A lot has been made of the performance against Leeds, beating a team that were unbeaten in seven, had conceded four goals in nine and scored a lot. The result was very good. We have set standards now.”
MILLWALL restricted Championship leaders Leeds to just one shot at The Den last weekend — and it wasn’t even on target. Prior to that, the table toppers had registered 106 shots in seven League games…
