LONDON influencers have been unveiled as Evening Standard “Insiders” for the launch of our new digital luxury lifestyle platform Insider.

The team came together for a shoot in the Library & Lecture Rooms of Sketch London in Mayfair to celebrate the site’s launch.

From Royal Ballet star turned model Eric Underwood, to modest fashion blogger Mariah Idrissi and DJ Zara Martin, our Insiders are trailblazers, tastemakers and leading lights in the worlds of dance, design, style, food, music and fitness. They will be among regular contributors to the new online section, now live on standard.co.uk/insider. With offices in New York and London, Insider is the first US-based Evening Standard team. They will report alongside London journalists on the very best of celebrity, style, wellbeing, travel, food and drink on both sides of the pond.

Underwood, who grew up in Washington, trained in New York, and now lives in London, embodies the international tone of Insider. “London is a celebration of independence and people are allowed to be unique,” he added.

Jack Guinness, model and founder of LGBTQ+ guide The Queer Bible, said: “I am really proud to represent Londoners because I am a Londoner first.” Insider will also seek to champion diversity. Idrissi, the first Muslim hijabwearing model to star in a fashion campaign for H&M, said: “I feel like I can relate to people on their journey.”
