the allegations that Pret is a middleclass cliché with all that avocado and pickled cabbage?

Joe Twyman from DeltaPoll tweeted that “Pret is statistically more likely to be visited by those who voted Remain compared to Leave voters. The equivalent result for the other way round is Toby Carvery.”

Given t h a t S tewa r t h a s re c e n t ly declared that he is not a Remainer, perhaps he needs to rethink his lunching strategy? The hoo-ha about accusing Stewart of not having a favourite London pub by Corbyn allies also slightly backfired as, of course, the Labour London Mayor Sadiq Khan is a practising Muslim and a teetotaller. Khan has also told us he too is partial to a Pret lunch and likes its coffee. Stewart remains defiant and told The Londoner this morning: “I eat almost everything they have but am a particular devotee of the tomato soup and the tuna niçoise. I also go big on the bacon and egg baguette for breakfast.” The Londoner is rather surprised (and envious) at this given that Stewart doesn’t look like he eats anything, ever… He also told us his children are “great admirers of Godfrey the gingerbread man”. Awww.
