ANGLING Direct shares took a rare knock after the fishing tackle seller posted a drop in pre-tax profit for the first six months. It fell to £323,000 from £480,000 after it said it had been hit by distribution costs and higher expenses. Shares in the retailer, which has 28 stores, lost 0.4p to 58p.
