‘Jet lag cure that beats flight fatigue with hydration’

A TV chef and a scientist claim to have created a jet lag “cure”.

My Flight Pack, by Hannah Grant and nutrition expert Dr Stacy Sims, is being tested by

NFL stars. Passengers take a pre-flight hydration formula, then a hydrating, calming mix to aid sleep. After landing, they take a mix including proteins and adaptogens such as ginseng to re-energize. In a test, 20 male runners spent seven hours in a pressurise­d chamber. Some took My Flight Pack and others placebos.

“No symptoms of fatigue or headaches were reported in subjects using the system,” said the study, verified by New Zealand’s Waikato University.
