Priced out police plan is overdue

REGARDING your story that Met officers pay up to £300 a month to drive to work due to the C-charge, Sian Berry provided evidence in 2016 that across all boroughs an average of 50 per cent of police lived outside Greater London. She was hoping for an effective strategy for recruiting officers who would live where they work. There is no information on any government process to make this happen.
