Don’t exclude junior doctors

WHAT is fair about excluding junior doctors from the three per cent pay rise for NHS staff? They are qualified clinicians and include registrars, who are relatively senior amongst clinicians, and have much responsibility in hospitals. They have had to cope with the work during the pandemic as much as others.
