British record for the 200metre breaststroke and is ranked second or third in the world for the event. She would have learned a lot from her Olympic experience in Rio and I’ve been really impressed with what I’ve seen from her this season.

He’s not dominant in the way that Adam is but he’s got immense ability and belief. He can dig himself a little deeper and hurt himself that bit more than a lot of his rivals in the pool. And he’s really going to be the linchpin of the relays, which he absolutely loves.
