Forum set to hold AGM

COLDSIDE Community Forum i s preparing to hold its AGM l ater this month.

Anyone i nterested i n local issues is invited to attend the meeting at the Maxwell Centre in Dundee’s Carnegie Street on Thursday May 16.

The focus of the AGM will be the environment.

Representatives from Dundee City Council will be in attendance to listen to people’s views.

The main issues to be discussed are the maintenance of grass and green spaces, roads, pavements, dog bins, litter, vandalism, insulation and cladding works, street lighting and remedial work.

Local parks and areas that could be tidied up will also be on the agenda.

A statement from the forum said: “If you live in the Coldside area and you have something to say about your area, this is your opportunity to have a say in the decisions affecting the places you live.
